Bella Nichole Beauty Booking policy

Before booking your appointment, please review the following:

1. A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to your total service cost.

2. All appointments must be booked online.

3. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

4. There is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late and have not communicated with me, your appointment will be canceled.

5. No extra guests are allowed during your appointment.

6. The remaining balance can be paid via Zelle, PayPal, or cash on the day of your appointment.

7. Feel free to email me directly with any additional questions or concerns regarding booking.

How to prepare for your makeup appointment:

1. Come with a clean, makeup-free face-Please arrive with no makeup. A fresh face helps to create a flawless finish.

2. Groom bows and removes facial hair if needed- If you usually wax, thread, or shave your brows or face, it’s best to do this at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid irritation.

3. Wear a V-neck or scoop neck shirt- This helps to match your foundation to your neck and chest for a seamless, natural look

4. Bring inspirational pictures (optional). If you have a specific look in mind, feel free to bring photos that I can use to tailor the glam to your style.

5. Arrive on time & communicate- Being punctual ensures you get your full glam time (up to 90 minutes). If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible
